Casa Fienile

Fienile

Is the largest detached house on the side of the Agritourism: it is the perfect solution for families and groups of friends, accommodating up to 7 people. It has three double rooms, one of which with a single bed, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room and large sitting room with sofas. It is surrounded by a large garden with dining area and is a wonderful place to relax under the cool masonry pergola. On the cellar side of the agritourism there are two independent apartments that can be joined to create one, with a private pool for the utmost privacy.

Casa Pizzeria

Pizzeria

The smallest apartment, but perhaps also the most appealing thanks to is reserved position. It is an open space with a double bed, table and chairs, a bathroom and a kitchenette in separate area, it is cosy and equipped with all comforts. It has a large, covered patio, next to the pool, with its own table and chairs from which to sit and admire the magnificent view of the hills.

Caminetto

The antique wooden fireplace is the focus of this comfortable and spacious first-floor apartment. It is suitable for up to 6 guests, with two large double rooms, a lounge with sofa bed and small mezzanine. The well-equipped kitchen is wonderfully bright and the ground-floor outside area, with table and chairs is the perfect place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This is perfect for from 4 to 6 people, it has two very spacious and bright double rooms – both with ensuite bathrooms, a large lounge with sofa bed and couches for reading and relaxation, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and an equipped outdoor relaxation area with a view of the pool.

This has an antique restored manger as a centrepiece. It can easily accommodate up to 6 people and comprises two large double rooms one of which with ensuite bathroom, the second bathroom is located next to the other double room, there is also a large lounge with sofa bed and armchairs, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and large outdoor areas in which to spend time.

Oliveto

This ground floor apartment is perfect for two people and can easily accommodate a further two guest thanks to its sofa bed. The view from the windows looks out onto the agritourism’s olive grove and is particularly enchanting with the sun making the silver olive leaves glisten as it sets behind the hills. This is a particularly bright apartment comprising a room with a double bed and small mezzanine. It has an outdoor area that is suitably equipped and reserved.

This first-floor apartment is perfect for up to 6 guests. It has two large double rooms, lounge with sofa bed, a kitchen with dishwasher and one bathroom. The ground-floor outside area, with table and chairs is the perfect place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Panettoni

This is the ideal solution for couples with one or two children and also has disabled access. The ceilings are vaulted with bricks that have been restored to their original splendour in the recent renovation work. It comprises a double room, a large lounge with sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom. There is also a lobby that provides an additional area for privacy and relaxation.

The windows of this first-floor apartment look onto the village of Fabbrica di Peccioli creating a special atmosphere thanks to its characteristic stairway leading to the dormer window with a view of the cypress-lined avenue. This is ideal for a couple and the sofa bed provides room for another two guests. This apartment comprises a double room, kitchen, lounge and bathroom. It has an outdoor area that is suitably equipped and reserved.
Casa Padronale

Casa Padronale

This elegant apartment is on the ground floor, it is perfect for a family of four or two couples. It is located near the estate’s wine cellars and has two large rooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite and the other in the shared living area. There is a large well-equipped kitchen, and a lounge with sofas.
