With a purple red colour, Bulizio is a wine with an intense bouquet with fruity notes and sweet spiciness. On the palate it is warm and well structured with soft and persistent tannins.

Traditional in red with macerations lasting 15 days conducted in steel vats; aged 12 months in French oak barrels and one year in the bottle.

Bulizio should be served at a temperature of 14°C. Store in a cool, dark place.

Perfect with tasty meat-based dishes, such as stews.
