Bright red in colour, Gatta ci cova is a wine with a fruity bouquet, the nose is characterized by small red fruits such as raspberries and currants. On the palate it is round and soft, the finish persists with a marked acidity.

Manual harvesting; Traditional red vinification with 15-day maceration conducted in cement tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged for 6 months in concrete tanks and 6 months in the bottle.

Gatta ci Cova should be served at a temperature of 14°C. Store in a cool, dark place.

Perfect paired with tasty fish and white meat soups.
