Orange color tending towards gold which expresses all its complexity and elegance. Hints of yellow fruit, flowers and honey characterize the nose; the round and genuine palate closes with great persistence.

Obtained through the method of drying the grapes on racks, it is fermented without the addition of yeasts and aged in fruit tree wood barrels (50 litres) for 12 months.

The Angelo should be served at a temperature of 10-12°C. Store in a cool, dark place.

Perfect in combination with dry pastries and cheeses.
