Intense and full-bodied wine, with a dynamic and crunchy sip; embellished with the spicy notes of Alicante, its finish is persistent.

Traditional red winemaking, with careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard. Maceration and fermentation for 15 days in steel tanks and aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels.

The Sagrestano should be served at a temperature of 14°C. Store in a cool, dark place.

Perfect in combination with grilled red meats.
